Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Free on all orders)
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
- Australia: 12-21 business days
Expedited Shipping (available at checkout)
- United States: 3-5 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We are working to expand to additional countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us to check availability.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at aurovex.store@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
