We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
