30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Aurovex products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- Not excessively damaged from misuse (normal wear from testing is fine)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at aurovex.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
