Hand-finished interior systems

The interior you
should have had first.

Cut to your seat geometry, finished by hand, anchored to the frame. Built so that in year three nobody can tell it was not always there.

Why we exist

Most seat covers are made to fit every car. Which is another way of saying they fit no car.

Generic patterns are cheap to produce and always compromise somewhere - a loose bolster, a seam that sits wrong, elastic that slackens by month three.

We took the opposite approach. Panels are cut to seat geometry, load seams are double-stitched, and the set anchors to the seat frame rather than gripping the cushion. It costs more to make. It is the entire reason it still looks right years later.

Aurovex - hand-finished to order

01

Measured

Patterns are drawn from the seat frame outward, not from a generic template scaled up or down.

02

Cut

Panels are cut individually so bolsters, seams and contours land where the seat actually curves.

03

Finished

Load seams run twice, anchors are set to the frame, and every set is checked by hand before dispatch.

If it does not read as part of the car, it does not ship. The Aurovex standard

Construction

The details you only notice in year three

Anything that carries load is over-specified. That is the whole difference.

Double-stitched seams Every load-bearing seam runs twice. It is the first thing to fail on a cheap set.
Frame anchoring Straps set to the seat frame, so the cover cannot slide or bunch at the backrest.
Perforated contact panels Airflow where your back and legs actually sit, not decorative punching.
Controlled break seam Outer bolsters release under side-airbag deployment pressure.

Finishes

Five finishes. No filler.

A deliberately short palette. Each finish is developed to sit correctly against factory interior trim rather than fight it.

Obsidian

The difference

Where the money actually goes

A fair comparison against the universal-fit sets you will find everywhere else.

Owner reviews

What owners say after a year

Every review is tied to a verified order. We do not edit them and we do not remove the critical ones.

Looks like it came with the car

Ordered the Obsidian set for my Lariat. The grain matches the factory door cards almost exactly. Two people have asked if I had the seats redone.

No bunching after eight months

This is my third set of covers over the years. First ones that have not slid or wrinkled at the base of the backrest. The frame anchors are the reason.

Fit is genuinely exact

Expected to be adjusting these for an hour. Took about twenty five minutes and there was no slack anywhere. Seat controls all still reachable.

Survived a very bad winter

Salt, slush, wet dog, kids in ski boots. Wiped clean every time and there is no cracking at the bolster where my old set gave up.

Worth the price difference

I bought a cheap set first and returned it within a week. The gap in material quality is not subtle. Should have come here first.

Support actually knew the answer

Asked about clearance for the seat-mounted airbag before ordering. Got a proper technical answer the same day, not a copy-paste reply.

Ventilated seats still usable

Airflow is reduced, which they told me upfront, but the perforated panels mean it still works. Appreciated the honesty before the sale.

Second set for the wife's car

Bought a set eighteen months ago and they still look new, so I ordered again. That is about the highest praise I can give.

Before you order

Questions worth asking

Send us your year, make, model and trim before ordering and we will confirm directly, usually the same day. If it does not sit correctly, the 30-day fit guarantee covers a full return including shipping.

The panels are cut to seat geometry rather than a generic pattern, every load seam is double-stitched, and the set anchors to the seat frame instead of relying on cushion elastic. That last point is why cheaper covers slide and bunch within weeks.

Yes. The outer bolster uses a controlled break seam engineered to release under deployment pressure. Fit the seam over your seat's airbag channel as shown in the instructions.

Heated seats are unaffected. Ventilated seats will move less air through the cover - the perforated contact panels reduce this but do not eliminate it. If you rely heavily on ventilation, ask us first and we will advise honestly.

Each set is cut and finished after you order, so allow 3-5 days before dispatch. Shipping is complimentary tracked express from that point.
